Bruce Dalglish, Founder and CEO, Alliance Hospice and All Caring Hospice
Upon receiving his B.A. from Harvard College and M.B.A from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, R. Bruce Dalglish embarked on a successful professional journey highlighted by prominent leadership positions in burgeoning industries.
Currently, R. Bruce Dalglish resides in Philadelphia, where he serves as the Founder and CEO of Alliance Hospice and All Caring Hospice – a title he has held since 2005. Committed to fundamentally supporting the hospice care industry driven by his belief in the value of hospice care, R. Bruce Dalglish served on the Public Policy Committee of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) from 2008 to 2013.
Prior to establishing his own hospice care companies, Mr. Dalglish served as Managing Director of Morse Partners Ltd. from 1988‑2008, where he managed the firm’s private equity investing activities, worked on healthcare transactions, and served as President of the firm’s portfolio companies.
A respected entrepreneur, Mr. Dalglish’s successful corporate experience spans across an array of companies in which he played instrumental leadership roles including: CA Equity Partners and Chestnut Partners, Bank of America, Magnatex Corporation, Dimeling, Schreiber and Dalglish, and Retail Options, LLC.
Bruce Dalglish also had the honor of serving on Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell’s Transition Committee for the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System (SERS) and the Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS).
